Q: How do you bill for your services?
A: We invoice our customers monthly based on our hourly rates. We bill out our time in 15 minute increments.
Q: Is it possible to just charge me a flat fee for your services?
A: In some cases, we are able to bill a flat fee for services. We need to see the depth of your needs in order to do this. The first 1-2 months will be charged hourly and after that we can establish a flat fee. Contact us for more information on this option.
Q: What other services can you help with?
A: Besides our bookkeeping services, we offer a variety of other services including payroll administration, Quickbooks training, merchant credit card services, point of sale recommendations, and more.
Q: Why would I want to outsource bookkeeping to you instead of hiring someone in-house to do this?
A: Simply put, in many cases it's more cost effective to outsource bookkeping to us than to hire an employee, pay benefits, etc. Plus, if that employee doesn't work out then you have to go through the process of finding a replacement. Our terms are month-to-month and if you aren't happy you can cancel our agreement at any time.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract or term commitment with you?
A: Nope. Our agreement is on a month-to-month basis and you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We want you to be happy and if you don't feel we are working to your expectations, we want you to find someone who can.
Q: Is my information safe with you?
A: Your financial data is stored securely on our computer system and backed up daily. Rest assured your information is safe and kept completely confidential.
